BellinghamART offers a year-round program teaching drawing and painting to Children, Teenagers and Adults. Their classes reflect and support a conviction that anyone can learn to draw. Just as notes are fundamental to music, and the alphabet is basic to reading, drawing is the foundation for visual art. Students are taught to see beyond the obvious, to individual parts that make up their drawings and paintings, by breaking down the subject into simple shapes, and building on that one step at a time.
